Discovering the Antidote: From Trauma Cycle to Inner Gold

In advanced therapeutic work, we sometimes witness clients revisiting the same traumatic imagery or emotional terrain over months — even years. The material is real. The process is sincere. And yet, something begins to feel circular. Heavy. Repetitive. In this audio teaching, I explore a subtle clinical pivot that can gently interrupt trauma cycling and invite a new quality into the therapeutic field: the antidote question.

A Curated Reading List for CranioSacral Therapists

I am often asked which books I recommend for practitioners wanting to deepen their understanding of CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release. This curated list brings together key texts that have shaped my understanding and practice within the wider fields of somatic therapy and contemplative practice. These books span clinical foundations, somatic theory, trauma-informed perspectives, classical approaches, and contemporary explorations of the philosophical ground that supports deep therapeutic work. Consider this resource a living companion for ongoing study — a way to expand the breadth and depth of your clinical thinking over time.
